Conflict Resolution Consultant & Respectful Workplace Facilitators (RWF) Programme Coordinator

Tamar has been working in the field of conflict resolution for the past seven years, primarily in the realms of community-based mediation and restorative justice. She has also helped developed peer-based conflict resolution programs in schools, and mediated in Los Angeles County Superior Court.  She has been with the Office of the Ombudsman for the Funds and Programmes for nearly two years, working on cases, supporting the Respectful Workplace Facilitator pilot initiative, and coordinating the office’s training programmes.  Her education background includes her Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.A. in English Language Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
