Conflict Coach Consultant
Based in Nova Scotia, Canada, Lucille Boettger has extensive experience as a trainer, coach and informal conflict management practitioner. She is dedicated to building peace around the world by increasing individual conflict competency and encouraging the skilled use of informal conflict resolution approaches.
Lucille has a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Executive Certificate in Human Resources Leadership from Carleton University in Ottawa, is a graduate of the Senior Course at NATO Defence College in Rome, and is completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. She is also a Master Integral Coach and a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Lucille is a native speaker of English and French, and has been a trainer, facilitator, mediator and coach – primarily within public sector workplaces – for over 25 years. She has been a consultant with the Office of the Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes since 2020, delivering specialized training and coaching services.
Lucille brings to her practice a passion for inclusivity, transformative learning and growth that is evident in her enthusiasm and appreciation for diversity in all its forms. Her extensive experience has allowed her to have the opportunity to work with (and train) individuals from over 40 different countries outside of Canada and the US in both English and French, primarily from Africa, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
