Bryant Galindo is a bilingual mediator, certified executive coach, author, and conflict resolution consultant based in Los Angeles, California. A first-generation Mexican-American, he brings a culturally responsive and emotionally intelligent approach to dispute resolution, with over a decade of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate conflict, build trust, and strengthen collaboration.
Bryant began his career mediating workplace and business disputes for startups and Fortune 500 companies. He founded CollabsHQ, a consultancy focused on leadership alignment, communication, and conflict resolution. His clients have included global organizations such as USAID/The Kaizen Company, UNITAR, and MUFG/Union Bank, along with international nonprofits and high-growth startups. He is the author of The New Middle: Connecting Heart and Mind to Collaboratively Disagree, a framework that integrates emotional intelligence and strategic communication to support productive disagreement.
In addition to his consulting and coaching work, Bryant has served as a workshop facilitator and learning designer for global audiences. He develops and leads trainings in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication, and has a strong background in e-learning and capacity building. He regularly works with multilingual, multicultural teams to help them resolve conflict and collaborate more effectively.
Bryant holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from Pepperdine University. He received his mediation certification through Columbia Law School and is a certified executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, having completed over 125 hours of training. He is a native English and Spanish speaker.
