Dawn Chen (Guang Chen) is a mediator and arbitrator based in China. She has more than 10 years of ADR experience in Chinese ADR institutions and has served as a mediator with Beijing International Arbitration Institution Mediation Center, Shanghai Banking Industry Mediation Center as well as arbitrator in Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and Qingdao Arbitration Commission.
Previously, she served as General Counsel at public companies and also as an adjunct law professor at China University of Political Science and Law.
She is a Weinstein JAMS fellow and obtained her LLB from Peking University Law School and LLM from Temple University Law School. She has also completed certified mediation training from Pepperdine University Law School Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution and certified negotiation training from Harvard Law School.
She is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
