Nadja Alexander

Nadja Alexander is a dispute resolution specialist with a focus on cross-border mediation and conflict coaching. A practical thinker and thinking practitioner, Nadja has been consistently recognised as a global thought leader in mediation by Who’s Who Legal.

Nadja has been engaged as mediator, policy adviser and trainer in diverse corporate and development settings in more than 40 countries. She is an award winning author (2020, 2011) and educator (2018, 2007, 1997). Her expertise has contributed to the design and implementation of mediation regulatory systems in more than 10 jurisdictions across Asia, the Pacific and Europe.

Nadja is Professor of Law (Practice) and Director of the Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA) at the Singapore Management University. She holds honorary appointments in Australia and the United States. Her books include The Singapore Convention on Mediation: A Commentary and International and Comparative Mediation. In 2020 her article, 10 Trends in International Mediation won the CPR award for Outstanding Professional Article.
