Galyna Yeromenko (Ukraine)

GALYNA YEROMENKO, Ph.D. is the CEO and Founder of the Ukrainian Mediation Center, which was created as a joint project between International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Kyiv-Mohyla Business-School in 2008. Galyna was the First President of the National Association of Mediators.

Galyna has developed a successful mediation career in Ukraine. She has served as an expert, trainer and mediator for IFC, UNDP, USAID, Renaissance Foundation, EU Commission, and SEQUA in 8 countries including in Caucasus and Asia.

Galyna is accredited by CEDR (UK), Academy of Munich IHK (Germany), Edwards Mediation Academy (USA), and has received aWeinstein International Fellowship (JAMS, USA). As a Senior Researcher of the Institute of State and Law (at the National Academy of Science), Galyna twice received the Yaroslav Mudryy Award as a co-author of monographs and handbooks on civil law. Galyna also worked in the Ukrainian court as a Head of the Office.

Galyna is a qualified lawyer and speaks Ukrainian (native), Russian (fluent), and English (fluent).
