Le m\u00e9diateur n&#8217;a pas \u00e0 prendre parti ni \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier un point de vue sur un autre, mais il cr\u00e9e plut\u00f4t une op-portunit\u00e9 pour les parties d&#8217;avoir un dialogue constructif avec l&#8217;assistance profession-nelle d&#8217;un m\u00e9diateur neutre et ind\u00e9pendant.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;\">Qui peut demander une m\u00e9diation?<\/h2>\n<p>Le personnel et les non-fonctionnaires en activit\u00e9 au sein du PNUD, du FNUAP, de l\u2019UNICEF, de l\u2019UNOPS et d\u2019ONU Femmes qui cherchent \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre un diff\u00e9rend sur le lieu de travail, peuvent demander des services de m\u00e9diation \u00e0 l&#8217;Unit\u00e9 de M\u00e9diation du Bureau quelle que soit leur modalit\u00e9 contractuelle (y compris les gestionnaires, les autres membres du personnel, les consultants et les stagiaires). Le Bureau conserve en fin de compte le pouvoir discr\u00e9tionnaire de d\u00e9terminer si une affaire se pr\u00eate \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation. Si l&#8217;affaire ne se pr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation, le visiteur peut choisir de discuter des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 travers les services d&#8217;ombudsman. Toute partie qui participe \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation se r\u00e9serve le droit de poursuivre des processus formels de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;\">Comment demander une m\u00e9diation?<\/h2>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la m\u00e9diation commence par une partie qui lance le processus en envoyant un courrier \u00e9lectronique au Bureau de l\u2019Ombudsman <a href=\"mailto:ombudsmediation@fpombudsman.org\">ombudsmediation@fpombudsman.org<\/a> avec une br\u00e8ve description de la situation \u00e0 laquelle cette partie est confront\u00e9e. Toutes les communi-cations avec le Bureau, y compris cette communication initiale, sont strictement confidentielles.
