L\u2019Ombudsman rep\u00e8re et rend compte des pratiques et proc\u00e9dures r\u00e9currentes ainsi que des politiques et de la culture organisationnelle qui nuisent au bien-\u00eatre des personnes qui travaillent dans les fonds et programmes. Cette notification des probl\u00e8mes syst\u00e9miques vise \u00e0 permettre d\u2019identifier les meilleures pratiques et d\u2019\u00e9viter que des cas de mauvaise administration ne se reproduisent.
