Identifica e informa sobre pr\u00e1cticas y procedimientos recurrentes, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n sobre las pol\u00edticas y la cultura laboral que afectan negativamente la experiencia de trabajo en el seno de los Fondos y Programas. La idea de informar sobre asuntos sist\u00e9micos es identificar mejores pr\u00e1cticas y ayudar a corregir la mala administraci\u00f3n recurrente.
