Carla Nehme is a Lawyer and a mediator, with over 14 years of strategic and operational expertise in internal affairs, compliance and mediation She worked with the Regional Conduct & Discipline Section in UNIFIL/Lebanon, serving 12 missions and political offices. Prior to joining the UN, Carla was a lawyer and frequently mediated disputes related to workplace conflict and corporate law. She is a member of the “Centre Professionnel de Médiation” in Lebanon.
Driven by a strong interest in creating collaborative environments, and empowering UN personnel to resolve workplace disputes, she implements a broad range of workshops on practical conflict management skills, and successful conflict dialogues.
Carla holds a BA in Law, and a MA in International Affairs from Tufts University. She speaks fluently Arabic, English and French.
