Mediation Unit has launched a series of 1.5-hour training events titled \u201c<strong>A Conversation with the Mediator<\/strong>\u201d, aimed at bringing mediation closer to the field despite the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Not only does \u201c<strong>A Conversation with the Mediator<\/strong>\u201d include a mediation training session for all personnel (regardless of contract modality) in selected country offices of the five agencies the Office of the Ombudsman serves but it will also allow participants to book a time slot with a mediator to explore the suitability of mediation for concerns they may have. Where possible, the program will provide a unique opportunity to staff to meet <a href=\"https:\/\/fpombudsman.org\/ar\/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%88%D8%B9%D8%A9_%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B7%D8%A9_%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%A9\/#globalMediationPanel\">the members of the Global Mediation Panel<\/a>\u00a0 based in their countries. No registration is needed for the participation in the training part of the program.
