Deputy Ombudsman
Kentaro joined the Ombudsman Office after working as a member of a trial team prosecuting large scale international criminal law trials at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR) in 2003.
Following her employment with UNICTR she joined the Office of the Ombudsman where she brings to her position as Ombudsman Specialist her legal and case management experience . She is a member of the International Ombudsman Association.
She holds an LL.M in international law from American University, Washington D.C. and an LL.B from Essex University, UK.
She is a Ugandan national and speaks French fluently.
